We wanted to share these two images featuring all the main plush characters available in our campaign to help everyone easily identify who is who. We’ve received a few messages asking for clarification, so we thought putting together this infographic would be helpful for everyone. We hope this makes choosing your new plush companion a little easier.
Not pictured here would be Denali Husky as we are still waiting on the sample.
Dusty is a limited add-on. Be sure to add him to your collection if you want to complete the set through your survey.

Who doesn’t love a little time in the sun? Florida may be the Sunshine State, but lately, we’ve been getting plenty of rain. Thankfully, we were able to sneak in a few more photos of our plush companions before the weather turned gloomy.
Once Denali the Husky arrives, we’ll be taking photos of him, too.
We’re also working on videos of each plush so you can see exactly what they look like and get a closer look at all their adorable details. We can’t wait for you to see them.
Shipping Adjustments + Local Pick Up Option + Payment Timing

Shipping Pricing Update
Shipping prices have been adjusted to use a more affordable shipping service while still ensuring your plush is shipped safely. We are going with a completely different shipping company from before which has better rates.
Please understand that shipping costs have increased significantly even for domestic and especially for international orders, and unfortunately, these costs are outside of our control. For stuffed plush orders, larger boxes are required, and many of these shipments are charged at balloon rates due to their size rather than just their actual weight. We have taken this into consideration when adjusting the shipping prices.
If you log back into BackerKit and review your survey, you will see the updated shipping prices reflected in your order. We are doing our best to keep costs as reasonable as possible while finding a safe and reliable way to ship your plush, especially for our international backers.
$5 Tier for the stickers
We are fixing the shipping mishap on that today so re-check your surveys with the updated shipping later today. For some reason it was charging the higher amount and it should not so fixing that on my end today.
Local Pickup Option
If you live in Central Florida and would prefer to pick up your plush order, we can offer local pickup at our shop after all other orders have been shipped. Since we currently have a shop that can accommodate visitors, we are happy to offer this option to backers who are able to pick up their orders in person.
If you choose local pickup, we will refund your shipping costs through PayPal at the time of pickup, as this is the easiest way for us to process the refund.
To arrange a pickup, please email us with the email address associated with your BackerKit pledge and your pledge number. This will allow us to identify your order and set your items aside for you.
Please keep in mind that our shop is a workplace, not a hangout space. We ask that anyone picking up an order come to collect their items and leave so we can continue working on fulfilling orders and running our business. Thank you for understanding.

Pick up timing would more than likely happen in March (we want to get all the orders that need shipping done first). We will make an announcement when this is available for the ones that would like to pick them up in person. But watch this page for any changes in timing.
Payment Timing
Please note that you will not be charged for shipping or any additional add-ons at this time. Surveys will remain open until December, and we will begin charging the cards on file after the surveys have closed. More than likely start charging cards early January since Surveys will close in December.
We understand that shipping costs can be frustrating, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through these changes to get your plush companions safely to you.

Surveys Have Been Sent
All surveys have been sent. Please check your email or log in to BackerKit to select the plush you would like and choose any add-ons for your order.
Surveys will remain open until mid-December. We will announce the exact closing date at least one week in advance, giving everyone time to finalize their selections, double check their orders, and correct their shipping addresses or make any necessary address changes.
Please make sure to complete your survey before it closes.

Clarification About the 48 Hour Early Bird Incentive
I wanted to clarify something for those who backed during the first 48 hours of the campaign.
The early bird incentive included a free Mystery WanderPal, which is a smaller plush available as either a Fox or Husky. It does not mean you receive an additional 3 foot stuffed plush.
Unfortunately, the incentive was accidentally listed as “1 SoftCandy STUFFED Plush” without specifically identifying it as the Mystery WanderPal Fox or Husky. I understand how this could cause some confusion, so I wanted to make sure everyone knows what was included in the original offer.
The incentive was meant to be a Mystery WanderPal, not an extra full sized plush from the main campaign.
I am manually correcting this on my end, but making these changes can sometimes accidentally remove other add-ons from your order. Please take a moment to review your add-ons before the surveys close in mid-December to make sure everything you selected is still there and that nothing is missing from your order.
