We have quite a bit of money in limbo at the moment because of failed charges. Please be sure to check your card, make sure the payment when through.

"Failed Charges

Failed charges are charges that were attempted but came back as declined. Backers have 14 days after the project ends to correct failed payments."

Please get these fixed to be able to get your pledge rewards. We plan to start placing the order for the first 2 toys this month (Scarlet and Apollo). We need to get the failed payments sorted out to get the rest of the toys rolling once the samples come in.

Thank you.

The manufacture has sent us a quick video on how the shape is looking and we are so happy with it. The color on the top of the head is wrong at the moment as they had ran out of fabric for the sample. So waiting on the fabric to arrive so they can continue working on the sample. This one is slightly smaller just for pattern purposes but we are starting to get updates on our plush.

Since I cannot post video on here I will link all video updates to our telegram channel.

We will be holding back from sending surveys until we start seeing the last 3 samples of the toys. We are just as excited as you are to see them and can't wait to share them. We have been given word from the manufacturer we will start seeing photos this month, so once those start coming we will share them.

The surveys will have the options to select any of the the 5 designs or all 5. Add ons will be available to add on the survey as well and a few other goodies I have yet to show :)

We received an email from one of our backers asking about a "Bonus" reward which shows 1 SoftCandy Plush STUFFED. It was meant to say one Mystery Wander Pal as an extra for the first ones that backed in the first 48 hours. There are 84 of you so I wanted to make sure everyone who did back in the first 48 just knew they were getting a small wander pal as their bonus which is a small stuffed plush, not a full sized extra plush. I just want to clear any air of confusion with this and grateful a backer brought it to my attention.

If you did an early bird you will get a 3foot plush of your choice, from the 5 options (Scarlet, Apollo, Denali, Scout and Atlas). This does not change. The only part that changes is the BONUS section which used the wording ( 1 stuffed plush, which was meant to say 1 mystery wonder pal) This is is the wording mistake I am bringing up to avoid further confusion.

For example:

$95

Includes 3 items

If you backed it in the first 48 hours you will see a BONUS SECTION which SHOULD SAY. 1 MYSTERY WANDER PAL INSTEAD. THIS ONLY AFFECTS THE BONUS SECTION THAT IS ALL. THE ONES THAT BACKED IN THE FIRST 48 WILL JUST GET AN EXTRA WANDER PAL.

So if you see bonus reward for the STUFFED PLUSH it just means a Wander Pal which is our little plushies.

We are currently working on Surveys to send out in the up coming weeks.
If you have any questions at all you are welcome to contact us via telegram @mixedcandy or via email at [email protected]

We are in the final stretch, if we reach 57K all plush orders will get bandanas with them. We love the way they look and wanted to offer them on this campaign as well.

Final 2 hours!
